Ask yourself, when all is said and done, will you have done more than you said? As your personal trainer I will train you to exercise to be fit not skinny, eat to nourish your body, ignore the haters, doubters and unhealthy examples that were once feeding you.
You will realize 3 things while training with me.
1 ~ I am the trainer. Your argument is and will remain invalid.
2 ~ You will puke or faint before you die.
3 ~ Your life. Your choice. Fitness is a mind game. You change your mind and you will change your body.
In my world, life has 2 rules.
Rule1: Never Quit.
Rule2: Never forget rule 1.
Fit and Healthy is a lifestyle. It takes discipline, dedication, self-respect, patience, work ethic and passion. If you are ready to make fit and healthy a lifestyle, I am the trainer for you. Keep in mind I do not train quitters.
