Semi-Private Personal Training (In-Gym, In-Home, and Online)

Sessions can be performed with up to five people (exceptions can be made for over five people). You will still receive the same attention and perform your customized workout as you would with private training. Options for clients to perform similar workouts or work together in a circuit or stations are available. This is the perfect opportunity for families and friend groups, and even as part of an event, to get fit together.

Small Group Personal Training (Up to Five Clients)

Great for families who want to get fit together or as part of a special event, such as bachelor(ette) parties or as a pre-wedding activity, small group training is the private version of a Boot Camp

Joining a Supportive Community

I provide opportunities to connect you with other clients, health and wellness professionals, and networking spheres. The most important part of your journey is that you will never feel alone. You will have the support of your peers and myself.

Boot Camps (Summer Months and Select Dates Off-Season)

This offering is one of the reasons I wanted to become a trainer. This mainly HIIT workout changes weekly, and no workout is the same! Coined “The Intersection of Fitness and Community,” Boot Camps bring people together for a workout and networking before and after each session.
