With the emphasis on “personal,” you will have a personalized fitness experience catered to your health and fitness goals. Efficiency and attention are two key components of my training methods.

Programs Designed With Your Goals In Mind

Your fitness journey starts with a plan. After an initial consultation and assessment, I will work with you to set goals, establish schedules and boundaries, and create a program that will be re-evaluated every two to three months. Programs are based on equipment available, goals, and time committed.

Undivided Attention and Instruction

My goal during our sessions is to ensure a decreased risk of injury and increased attention to detail. Proper technique will be taught and closely monitored.

Sessions should be about YOU! You are taking an hour away from your day to work on yourself. My role will not be limited to just exercise instructions and counting repetitions. I will be your cheerleader and support in and out of each session.

Semi-Private Sessions Available

You will work within your program, even if up to four other clients join you in your workout. Everyone will have my attention. Discounted rates will be given for semi-private sessions.

In-Gym, At-Home, and Online

Work out with me from anywhere! You can come to Kings Gym in Bedford Heights for traditional personal training, or you can be anywhere in the world, from your home gym to the hotel fitness center where you are vacationing or working, and complete a live virtual session. There is also the option for me to visit your home and perform workouts from there!

You Will Be Joining a Supportive Community

I provide opportunities to connect you with other clients, health and wellness professionals, and networking spheres. The most important part of your journey is that you will never feel alone. You will have the support of your peers and myself.
